Shipping Policy
Not responsible for how USPS/UPS handles packages. Not responsible for packages left in heat/cold/weather. Not responsible for packages left outside or in unsecured mailboxes. I have no control over this so I will not be responsible for how packages are treated after they leave my care. Please contact local PO/UPS.
Refund Policy
No refunds unless it is my fault NOT if it is package handling issues. You must contact me about perishable items within 1 hour of tracking delivery time for refund to be considered. This is due to packages left outside for hours when spoilage/melting will occur.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
No cancellations after 24 hrs or if product has already shipped. No refunds will be considered unless I am contacted within 1 hour of tracking delivery time due to perishable items. I am not responsible for packages left outside or in unsecured mailboxes. Not responsible for how UPS/USPS handles packages. Not responsible for weather/temperatures. Exchanges will not be made unless it is my fault not USPS/UPS. Absolutely NO returns will be accepted on perishable products.
