Each shop on Foraged is an independent, small-scale business. Refunds, exchanges and returns are handled by each individual Vendor. If you have a questions about a recent order, the Vendor is the best person to ask.

No response? Vendors are responsive to direct messages, and they’re also good, hard-working people just like us that sometimes make mistakes. If you’re still having issues with an order after messaging the vendor, you can open a support ticket.

After you open a Support Ticket, Foraged can act as a mediator to work with you and the vendor to ensure a quick resolution if necessary.

Tracking information is automatically sent to your email once your item ships. If you haven’t received an update about your order, then it is best to contact the vendor directly and inquire about the order.

To get help with an existing order, click here, then click on the order you’d like help with. Message the vendor by going here or click Support Ticket to open a case for review if there is an issue.

Please contact the Vendor directly with your question about their product, and they will be happy to tell you more! Go to the webpage for the product you’re interested in, and click the “Message Seller” button to get in touch directly with the Vendor.

Refunds and returns are dependent upon the vendor that you purchased from. To inquire about a return, message the vendor first or create a support ticket.

If the tracking information that you received from the vendor shows that the shipment was delivered but you haven’t received the item, please create a support ticket by going here. The vendor will be in touch as soon as possible.
