Our love for the outdoors living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest draws us to explore the beauty and wonder of creation. We love studying and learning about wild edibles and foraging wholesome wild and truly organic mushrooms, berries, edible wild plants and wild game and being able to share the experience with others. We have over 30 years of foraging experience with multiple levels of classroom and hands on training regarding identification, foraging methods, mycology, and we have our own Truffle trained dog for truffle season!

Our freshly dried Morel (Morchella) Mushrooms range in color from Blonde, Tan to Dark Brown. Wild morels grow from April through July. We wild forage for these mushrooms in the high mountains of The Pacific Northwest. Completely wild, organic, non-GMO.
Mushrooms are brushed, cleaned and naturally air dried with minimal human intervention to ensure the best – most natural mushroom experience possible while retaining the highest nutritional properties of the mushrooms.
Vitamin D is not found in many foods, especially not in plant-based foods, but it is present in mushrooms. Morels are one of the highest mushroom sources, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture. You must have an adequate amount of vitamin D for calcium to be absorbed and used properly. Vitamin D also helps regulate blood pressure and stimulates messenger cells in the immune system. One cup of raw morel mushrooms provides 22 percent of the recommended daily intake of vitamin D. They also are a good source of Iron, Vitamin B6 , Niacin, Riboflavin. Dried Morels are easily rehydrated by soaking for in water for one hour or overnight.
