The season for these beautiful golden chantrelles usually begins in early July, we pick these in the deep woods. Cap color is beautiful golden orangey yellow, classic chanties! These are shipped fresh picked, brushed off but not washed. Get on the wait list to get first dibs of the season!
Chantrelles are richly fragrant mushrooms with a perfect silky and dense texture when sauteed. Ambrosial. Can't get enough, they also are wonderful to dry to use year round.
