Description
Wild Smilax/Greenbriar Shoots (Wild Asparagus). These are the somewhat thicker sections of the shoots, which are ideal for sautéing or steaming. These taste very similar to green beans/lettuce. The shoots also make a great raw snack. These are plentiful and found locally on our 190 acre property.
