Honey is a natural product that contains living enzymes.  It takes about 2 million visits to flowers to create the honey in this jar.  All pure honey is dependent on the flowers in a certain region and changes flavor and texture from season to season and year to year.

This honey comes from the Blue Ridge Mountains of Floyd, Virginia.

All honey will naturally crystalize.  If not longer liquid, place in water less than 120 degrees to liquify.  Eat a small amount, taste nature and help us cultivate a better Earth.

As a child, I was fascinated with nature. My fascination for plants grew into a passion and I have found myself gardening for the last 35 years.

In 2012, I received a degree in sustainable agriculture. By using permaculture design and biodynamic practices, I go beyond organic to create food full of life while reducing land in cultivation. I utilize the most sustainable wild foraging methods possible and ensure there is no loss of native plants. I also collect seeds and disperse them to surrounding areas to create new areas of native plants for future harvesting.

My products will be sold on this website, to local restaurants, through friends at their farmers market booths, local farm stores, and other local retail outlets. They are available as individual units or wholesale orders can be arranged.

I am committed to developing a loving safe community that appreciates local products, especially food. By working together we are all cultivating a better Earth.
