Description
We steam pasteurize our blocks at 195F for 16 – 18 hours! Then they are cooled in front of the flow hood and shipped out!
My special mix contains: 16% protein compared to master’s mix (soy hulls) which only contains 9.4% protein. This promotes larger yields! We also include diverse ingredients for our mushrooms!
Ingredients:
wheat
soy bean hulls
corn
peanut hulls
rice hulls
cottonseed
Our mix also contains beneficial bacteria, such as Bacillus subtilis!
Bacillus subtilis fights off pathogenic fungi such as Trichoderma, Aspergillus, and Pink Mold to name a few!
