Our elderberry fruit will be ready at the end of July/early-mid August for a very brief window of time. We grow them all organically. Edlerberries will be attached to their umbrells, shipped with an ice pack. They will need to be used asap as they are fragile when ripe!

Make amazing apple jelly, cider, sauce, dried slices, fruit leather even! Our farm is covered with over 40 wild apple trees that were all "planted" by cows over 35 years ago, they ate some apples elsewhere then deposited the seeds here. No chemicals are ever used on our land, and we happily share the apple bounty with the wildlife that lives around us. You'll be eating in good company- beautiful black bears, whitetail deer, ruffed grouse, wild turkeys, grey and red squirrels, pheasant, chipmunks all love these apples. They will not be perfect looking, but we will only send you the best. May be a mix of varieties. Not quite ready yet- we had a long heavy snow winter. But the first warm day coming soon, they're about to explode! We'll ship off the wait list first! Hoping we'll be shipping before 5/10 and you'll get notification!In the third pic you can see approximately how large 2#is.We love ramps in everything for the short window we have access to them, before the forest trees leaf out. The window for ramps varies a bit year to year, but usually it's late April or early May. Get on the preorder to receive 2 lbs (approx 60 ramps ) of fresh cleaned whole ramps shipped to your door right after they are picked! Ramps are deliciously pungent with a special garlic, onion and woodsey flavor. Use the whole plant, cooked or raw, it's all infused with this incredible flavor. Save and plant the bottom roots near a deciduous tree to try your hand at starting your own patch. Try making the spring classic Ramp Dip- thinly sliced ramps, sour cream, mayo, salt and pepper. Ramps are also a killer ravioli filling, with nettles &amp; a little sheep milk ricotta? YESSSS.&nbsp;&nbsp;We are very careful about managing our ramp patches, never taking more than 20% from any cluster. This ensures these plants can continue to flourish and bring us their incredible umami flavors from the woods. We also have been planting new patches every year on our farm and are excited to watch how they develop over the years.

Hot salt. Yes! This salt is something unique for the heat freaks, it's infused with hot and sweet red peppers we grow on our farm, all organically. Ghost, Carmen, Cherry Bomb, Sweet Krimzon Lee are the pepper varietals. Peppers and salt are the only ingredients. Sunny, rich flavor and a medium hot spicey level. Use it anywhere you want some pizzazz! Comes in a sealed paper pouch, approx 5 oz

This salt is made with fresh beautiful herbs we forage and grow. It is fantastic. All organic, nothing but salt and herbs. May include any/all: ramp greens, nettles, garlic, loveage, thyme, oregano, dill, basil, thai basil, sage, cilantro, onion, celery leaves. Versatile for everyday use- we keep a "pinching bowl" on top of the stove for cooking. Deliciously herby, our salt goes on fresh sliced cucumbers, grilled veggies and steak, turkey sandwiches, tofu egg salad, even in a savory shortbread cookie. Cut down on sodium and up your mineral/vitamin intake! Comes in a sealed paper pouch, approx 5 ounces.

This chaga is harvested in winter with care, from birch trees in the wild wisconsin forests we wander. We carefully dry and store this precious medicine. One small chunk will make you a whole thermosful to sip all day. Or try brewing it and then drinking chilled. Refreshing, restoring, nourishing.

The season for these beautiful golden chantrelles usually begins in early July, we pick these in the deep woods. Cap color is beautiful golden orangey yellow, classic chanties! These are shipped fresh picked, brushed off but not washed. Get on the wait list to get first dibs of the season! Chantrelles are richly fragrant mushrooms with a perfect silky and dense texture when sauteed. Ambrosial. Can't get enough, they also are wonderful to dry to use year round.
