Shipping Policy
Here at Funky Fungi Foods we ship within 3 business days of purchase. We try to use recycled packaging whenever possible to better out mission as a permaculture farm and homestead.
Refund Policy
We do not refund purchases, but if a shipment is incorrect, lost in shipment, or product is damaged (you will need to contact us and send evidence of the issue) we will send a new replacement free of charge including shipping.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the purchaser can provide proof of contamination and or incorrect product, must cancel within 24 hours of purchase.
